TBE Health Monitoring Program
TBE's award-winning Wellness Program has crafted a Health Monitoring Program that is focused on helping you understand and change behaviors that could be barring you from reaching and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
The program is designed to help you monitor your health in the following five areas:
Blood Pressure
Cholesterol
Diabetes
Weight Management
Tobacco Cessation
The Health Monitoring Program will run from June 1, 2010 until February 28, 2011. You will receive monthly tips for each area you sign up for and screenings will be scheduled to track your progress.
