The Arc Recognizes Teledyne Brown

Representatives from The Arc of Madison County recently visited Teledyne Brown to express their appreciation for the Company’s continued sponsorship of the annual Mike Scherer Memorial Golf Tournament. 

The annual tournament, which took place April 23 at The Links on Redstone Arsenal, is a charity event that benefits The Arc.  The tournament is named in honor of Mike Scherer, former TBE Vice President of Business Development, who passed away in 2006.  He had been an active member of The Arc board of directors for many years.

ARC representative Joyce Rinaldi and the organization’s “Thank You Brigade” presented cupcakes and a plaque to the Company in recognition of TBE’s sponsorship of the golf tournament.
