| Outstanding Performance Awards Presented
Outstanding Performance Awards, established by TBE President Rex Geveden, are presented to employees who demonstrate outstanding or exceptional contributions on a project, contract, or business effort. The awards are also presented in recognition of the excellent work recipients have displayed and the impact their work has had on the Company.
Teledyne CollaborX (TCX) employees Phil Harmann, Mark Hostetter, and Daryl Lewis were presented awards for their work on the Joint National Integration Center (JNIC) Research and Development contract.

Lewis and Hamann were unavailable for the photo.
Harmann and Lewis were cited for going “above and beyond” to ensure a NATO exercise was successful. They were part of an outstanding multi-company team that worked extra hours to achieve success on the program.
Hostetter, Joint Ballistic Missile Defense Training and Education Center (JBTEC) instructor, received the award for demonstrating leadership and performing his operational training job in a professional manner. The only trainer in his area, he is recognized for his expertise and hard work and is considered key to all MDA operational tests and activities. Hostetter was also nominated for contractor of the month by the JBTEC.
The Littoral Battlespace Sensing-Glider (LBS-G) Team was presented the Outstanding Performance Award for successfully completing all program milestones through the Critical Design Review (CDR), which resulted in the award of 100% of the available incentive fee. All of the work was completed in only a 92-working-day period. The Team worked many nights and weekends to prepare for and conduct an Integrated Baseline Review, a System Requirements Review, a System Functional Requirements Review, and a Preliminary Design Review, in addition to delivering 62 CDRLs. The customer noted that the TBE-led CDR was the best design review they have ever attended. |
